MISSION: |

To learn aquatic water skills,
safety on the water, and instill
the values of The Sea Scout
Program in young adults in the
Tri-Lakes Region.

NOTES ON MEMBERSHIP:
Ship 63 is a coed unit for
ages,13,and completed 8th grade,
through 20. Venturing
Scout can be a member of more than
one unit. Crew members DO NOT need
prior experience in aquatic
activities. Our goal is to safely
instruct by means of qualified
consultants and instructors.
Crew members do not need prior
membership in a Scout unit. Our goal
is to develop leadership,
responsibility and decision making
skills.
Ship 63 is a youth led organization.
The officers are elected by their
peers and plan and implement their
program and activities with the help
and oversight of the adult leaders. |
